Susan Blackwood

Susan Blackwood received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Northern Illinois University and studied with Irving Shapiro, American Academy of Art, Chicago as well as many well known artists. She is the recipient of numerous awards. Her work has appeared in more than 2000 galleries world-wide, national and international magazines and in many corporate collections. She has been on the staff of instructors at the Loveland Academy of Arts, Loveland, Colorado, and teaches workshops nationwide. Susan has lead painting holidays to France, England, Italy and the Bahamas and teaches watercolors to art guilds in England. Painting and sketching instruction will be provided by nationally known
watercolorist and oil painter, Susan Blackwood. The emphasis will be
on individual artistic growth, use of color and capturing the romance
of the French Villages, ports and countryside.
